Leading the experience is Chef Martin Corso, whose 40+ year career spans fine dining, restaurant ownership, and national menu development. Today, he brings that expertise to Murrieta through a restaurant built on quality, hospitality, and authentic Italian cooking.

The Ronis name began with the original restaurant in Connecticut in 1994 and continues here in California—carrying forward a legacy inspired by comfort, family, and a perfect plate of pasta.
